There are two options when measuring your walls.  You can use a measuring tape or a laser tape measure.

Wallpaper

Measure from the floor to the ceiling and across each wall. If you have skirting boards you can remove this measurement.  If you have multiple walls, add the widths of all walls together.  You can then write down the height of your wall and the widths.  To get the m2 of the walls, you would multiply the height and width together.

Wall Murals

Measure the width and height of the whole wall. We always make your wallpaper to the exact measurements you specify when ordering, so please add 10 cm to the width and height.

Different height walls

If you are going to wallpaper a wall that has different heights, for example, a staircase or a sloping ceiling, always measure the highest and widest point to cover the whole wall.  As above, we always order your wallpaper in the exact measurements you specify, however, we highly recommend you add 5 to 10cm to the measurements.

Wallpapering corners

If you're wallpapering corners, we always recommend that you add 5cm per corner and 5cm on the height.  For example, if you're going to wallpaper all four walls in a room, add 5cm per wall.  This means you should add 5cm to the height and a total of 20cm to the width.
